We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our other guests, teachers and small studio schedule, we kindly ask you to let us know at least 24 hours before your class if you can no longer attend.

Classes are non-refundable. However, if you contact us at least 24 hours before your booked class starts, we’re happy to move your booking to another available date.

Please note: Our classes are scheduled leisure activities booked for a specific date and time. Therefore, the standard 14-day withdrawal right may not apply where legally permitted. Our cancellation and late-arrival policy applies.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we unfortunately cannot allow entry, as this disrupts the flow of the class. Missed classes are non-refundable.
